How do you guys keep your horse from getting thrush in their hoofs? I was asking because a friend of my cousins is having trouble keeping the thrush from coming back. Thanks

there are a few good things on the market to help this. the main thing is keep the hoof and frog in good condition and hoof pick before and after riding and when bringing in / putting out. keep the hoof moisturised in summer and protected with oil in the winter.purple spray is a basic method to use but there are a few things about depending on what stockists you have. hope that helps

Hey Tater,

yeah the best product we offer for this is OzOil, use it year round, it disenfects the frog, helping get rid of any current infections as well as ensure future ones dont get a hold and flurish.
